CHARLESTOWN, N.H. (AP) — Police continued to search yesterday for a New Hampshire woman who they believe may be injured or dead.
Kelly Robarge, of Charlestown, was reported missing Thursday afternoon and family members have been unable to contact her, authorities said.
“We are very concerned for the safety and welfare of Kelly Robarge, and we need to find her,” said Senior Assistant Attorney General Susan Morrell.
Robarge had filed for divorce on Thursday, citing irreconcilable differences, WMUR-TV reported. She listed her husband’s address as in Putney, Vt., where neighbors said police had been throughout the day on Friday. Police had not said why they were at the residence.
“Everybody has been working around the clock to gather as much evidence as possible to try to determine where she is and what may have happened to her,” said Morrell. No one has been charged in her disappearance.
Police were asking for the public’s help in finding her. Anyone with information was asked to call New Hampshire State Police at 603-271-3636.
