DERRY — Two men face drug charges after their car was stopped by state police on Interstate 93.
Jordan Agoubi, 23, of Allenstown was traveling south in a Honda Civic about 3:40 a.m. Thursday when he was cited by Trooper 1st Class Bryan Trask for following another vehicle too closely, state police said.
Trask found a small amount of marijuana and cash in the car. Agoubi was charged with transportation of a controlled drug.
A passenger, Joseph Ricci, 18, of Allenstown was charged with possession of a controlled drug after Trask seized the marijuana, state police said.
Both men were taken to state police barracks in Bedford and released on bail. They are scheduled to be arraigned in 10th Circuit Court in Derry on April 12.
