Manchester to host state's first Job Corps site

CONCORD (AP) - The state's two U.S. senators said yesterday the state would open its first Job Corps site in 2010 and it would be the nation's first to focus on Homeland Security training.

Sens. John Sununu and Judd Gregg said the U.S. Department of Labor selected Manchester as the home for a $30 million, 500-student vocational training program. The two Republicans said 300 of those students would live on campus.Read this article in full with a
