Londonderry woman faces charges after crash

RAYMOND — A Londonderry woman faces DWI and drug possession charges after crashing her car in Raymond Sunday night.

Police there said Dawn West, 40, drove off the road at the intersection of Essex Drive and Pond Road just past 10 p.m. Sunday.

West’s car struck a tree and both front airbags deployed, police said. She was alone in the car.

Raymond police, fire and ambulance responded. West was transported to Elliott Hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the crash.

She was subsequently charged and is scheduled to appear Monday in 10th Circuit Court in Candia.
