The goal is to take impaired drivers off the road, according to police.
The time and location of the checkpoint were not announced.

Kuster staff in Salem for office hours
SALEM — On Tuesday, members of Congresswoman Annie Kuster’s staff will hold mobile office hours in Salem from 2 to 4 p.m.
The staff members will be available to meet individually with local residents who need help with federal agencies on a range of issues.
The office hours will be held at Town Hall, 3 Geremonty Drive.

NEWTON — The town is showing movies at Greenie Park.
“Mars Needs Moms” will be shown Thursday, July 25. The rain date is Sunday, July 28.
“Everyone’s Hero” will be shown Thursday, Aug. 22. The rain date is Sunday, Aug. 25.
The movies start at dusk. Residents are encouraged to bring flashlights, a blanket, picnic supper, popcorn, beverages and bug spray.
