During the first week of June, a 1989 Harley Davidson Blue Knight Special, Limited Edition, Ultra Classic motorcycle was stolen out of a secured garage on Range Road near the intersection of Chapel Road in Windham.
This two-tone blue ultra classic collector machine has sentimental value to its owner. It bears the New Hampshire motorcycle license plate: 160. Its estimated value is $16,000 and only has 24,000 miles on the odometer.
Crimeline is offering a cash reward of $1,000 and the Harley Davidson’s Owners Group is offering a $1,000 reward, as is the owner of the motorcycle. The tipster would receive a minimum of $3,000. If the tipster offers to testify in court and it results in a conviction, the tipster would receive an additional $1,000, for a total of $4,000.
If you know where the motorcycle is and if you can identify the suspect or suspects, report it to Crimeline of Southern NH. To report a crime, call 893-6600 or (800) 498-4040 or go online to crimelinesnh.com.
Calls will be completely anonymous and callers will be issued a secret Crimeline number, known only to them and Crimeline. The Crimeline phone lines do not have caller ID.
If a tip results in a conviction, the tipsters will be awarded the cash reward at a location of their choosing. They will not have to interface with the police or testify.
