Brothers charged in Windham burglary

WINDHAM – Two brothers from Derry face burglary charge

s.

Police arrested them Tuesday night after they were chased from a home they allegedly broke into on North Lowell Road.

Jeffrey Ralph, 27, and Jason Ralph, 24, were charged with burglary and possession of burglary tools, police said.

The burglary was reported shortly before 11 p.m. Tuesday.

Jeffrey Ralph was taken into custody on Mitchell Pond Road, where he was tracked by a state police K-9 unit. Police recovered a backpack with burglary tools.

Jason Ralph was taken into custody on Edinburgh Road, where police said he knocked on a door and asked for directions.

They were arraigned yesterday in 10th Circuit Court in Salem.

Bail for each was set at $10,000 cash. A probable cause hearing was scheduled for Aug. 15.
