DERRY — A Derry woman charged in a series of holdups in two counties this month waived a probable cause hearing this week in 10th Circuit Court.
The case against Rochelle Richards, 23, was bound over to Rockingham County Superior Court.
Richards was arrested last week and charged with robbery of the East Derry General Store on April 14. She also was charged with attempted robbery of the Subway on Perkins Road in Londonderry on April 16.
Manchester police, meanwhile, have charged her with robbery of the Candia Road Convenience Store on April 16 and robbery of the D’Angelo’s on South Willow Street on April 3.
Arraigned by video from the county jail last week, Richards blamed her legal problems on addiction to heroin.
She is being held on $50,000 cash bail at the county jail.
