LONDONDERRY — A Candia man is charged with criminal threatening and reckless conduct after a road rage incident that started on Interstate 93 at about 4 p.m. yesterday.
Justin Krall, 39, allegedly showed a gun during an incident with Craig Harrigan, 38, of Salem. Harrigan was not charged and was not injured, according to N.H. State Police.
The incident started when Krall, driving a silver Mercedes Benz, and Krall, driving a pickup truck, were traveling north, side by side, police said.
During the incident, when the vehicles were traveling next to one another, Krall pulled a pistol put of the glove compartment and put it in his lap, police said.
Harrigan told police he was “in fear of his life” and followed Krall’s Mercedes so police could stop it.
The vehicles continued onto Interstate 293, then south on the F.E. Everett Turnpike. State troopers stopped them both when they reached the toll plaza.
The drivers were searched and questioned, police said.
Krall is due in 10th Circuit Court in Derry April 12.
Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident to call Trooper Juan Infante at 223-8985.
