PLAISTOW — Plaistow Recreation is planning three road trips.
On May 29, head to Ogunquit, Maine, for “The Rat Pack Is Back,” an award-winning tribute show that brings to life the era of Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., Dean Martin and Joey Bishop from their days at the Sands Hotel’s famed Copa Room in Las Vegas.
The bus will be leaving the Plaistow park-and-ride lot on Westville Road at 10a.m. Lunch will be on your own, with the venue to be determined. The show will begin at 2:30 p.m. The bus should return to Plaistow at approximately 6 p.m. Tickets for this show are $65 for Plaistow residents, $70 for nonresidents.
On June 20 the music continues with the ultimate tribute to the Supremes, the Supreme Reflections at the Foxwoods Casino and Resort.
The bus will leave the park-and-ride lot at 8 a.m., returning at about 7:30 p.m.
The show will be at 2:30 p.m. Tickets will include transportation, tickets to the show, a $10 food voucher/free buffet and a $15 keno voucher.
Tickets are $35 for residents, $40 for nonresidents.
On July 17, enjoy the breeze on Sunapee Harbor and sail on a luncheon cruise. Leave the park-and-ride lot at 9 a.m. and plan to return around 4 p.m. Tickets are $60 for Plaistow residents, $65 for nonresidents. Call the recreation office at 382-5200, Ext 18.
