Sanborn offers summer Drama Camp
KINGSTON — The Sanborn Regional School District is offering Drama Camp for students in fourth through eighth grades.

Salvation Army looks to send kids to camp
HAVERHILL — The Salvation Army in Haverhill is seeking donations to help fund a summer camp for children from Haverhill and Groveland.
The cost for a week of camp is $300 and the goal is to send 50 kids to the Salvation Army-accredited camp, which is run by The Salvation Army in Sharon. Salvation Army Lt. Jeff Hardy said many deserving children cannot afford to pay and without help will lose this valuable experience. Ribbon cutting set for Spicket River Greenway
LAWRENCE — The ribbon cutting ceremony and official opening of the Spicket River Greenway will be held July 26 at 10 a.m. at Immigrant Place Park, Chestnut and Short streets.
The project which took more than a decade to build is a network of 3.5 miles of green space and walking paths along the stretch of the Spicket River.
Reception and tours of the green way follow.
The ribbon cutting, sponsored by Groundwork Lawrence, was postponed last month due to rain.
