A California man has admitted to shipping pain pills and marijuana from his home state to Londonderry, according to federal prosecutors.
Jimmy Tran, 25, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Concord yesterday to charges that he shipped oxycodone and marijuana across the country on Feb. 6, 2008, according to a release from District Attorney John Kacavas.
The case was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the New Hampshire Drug Task Force, the release said.
Tran faces up to 30 years in federal prison and up to a $2 million fine. He is scheduled to be sentenced April 5. Kacavas' office did not specify how much of either drug was shipped.
