O’Reilly spent his entire career in Boston, serving as the captain during his final two years. He was the replacement head coach of the Bruins from 1986-1989. The Bruins retired his #24 jersey on Oct. 24, 2002. O’Reilly will welcome photographs, autographs and connecting with attendees.

Masquerade ball is Oct. 27 in Andover
ANDOVER — The Crystal Ballroom Masquerade Ball will be held Sunday, October 27 from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Andover Townhouse (old Town Hall), 20 Main St.
Advance tickets are $10 each or $15 at the door.
Dance instruction for the evening will be provided by Tom Webster of Dance New England from 6 to 7 p.m. Music will be provided by DB’s Orchestra.

Democratic Committeehosts public forum
ATKINSON — The Atkinson Democratic Committee will sponsor a public forum tomorrow at Kimball Library from 6 to 8 p.m.
Topics will include the Affordable Care Act, Medicaid expansion, and more.

Shopping Expo held Oct. 26 in Haverhill
HAVERHILL — The Women’s Guild of the Armenian Church at Hye Pointe in Haverhill will hold a pre-holiday Shopping Expo on Saturday, Oct. 26 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the church hall at 110 Main St. Participating vendors include Lia Sophia, Partylite, 31 Bags, Tastefully Simple, Mary Kay, Seaglass Jewelry Designs, Razz-Berry Designs, Fusion Salon and Day Spa and Scentsy. Each table will offer a raffle item. Admission is $5 and complimentary coffee and pastry will be served. All proceeds benefit the church building fund.
