PELHAM — Coco, Early & Associates will manage the sale of 63 new homes in one of Pelham’s new neighborhoods, Skyview Estates. One more level of sales potential for their agents to get into the new construction world. When Blaise Coco or Linda Early list a subdivision, they then hand it over to their team of agents. Skyview Estates is a 63-home subdivision located just off of Spaulding Road in Pelham. There will be four model homes available to be seen and the turn-around-time is four months. The project is considered to be “green” throughout, with potential flower gardens, gazebos all nestled amongst the mature pines, maple and oak trees.
