Goodwill clothing thief arrested again near store

LONDONDERRY - A Derry man convicted last year of stealing clothing from Goodwill Industries in Londonderry to sell at his thrift shop has been charged with loitering around the same store's donation bins.

Ethan Palmer, 30, of Gamache Road in Derry was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail at his arraignment Feb. 27 and is scheduled for trial on the loitering charge April 30 in Derry District Court .Read this article in full with a
