DERRY - Portsmouth Mayor Steve Marchand is building up grass-roots support in his attempt to oust longtime Republican Sen. John Sununu in 2008.
As part of that plan, Marchand addressed the Derry Democrats last night, weaving stories about his childhood on the west side of Manchester with talk of policy and politics.
