ATKINSON - Police arrested a Newton-Highlands, Mass., man yesterday for conducting private investigations in town without a state license.
Lt. William Baldwin first spotted Matthew J. Hollander-Essig, 30, in a car with tinted windows parked off Sawyer Avenue on Jan. 12. Baldwin said he approached the vehicle because it looked suspicious. Hollander-Essig said he worked for Summit Investigations, a Massachusetts firm, according to Baldwin. He had an identification card on him with licensing numbers from area states, including New Hampshire, Baldwin said.Read this article in full with a
