Windham, N.H. — Richard A. Miller, 78, of Windham, N.H., died Tuesday November 6, at Glencliff Nursing Home in Glencliff, N.H. He was born in Westbrook, Maine on August 18, 1934, a son of the late Rosslyn and Phyllis (Peterson) Miller. A resident of Windham for over 50 years, he formerly lived in Lawrence. Mr. Miller was a US Navy veteran serving during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the Halcyon club in Derry and enjoyed playing golf.
He is survived by his wife Joan A. Miller of Windham; three daughters, Phyllis Miller and (Richard Roy), Cindy Miller and (Brenda Beaulieu), Wendy Polk and (Thomas Polk); as well as three grandchildren, Kara, Joshua, and Michaela.
ARRANGEMENTS: Calling hours will be held on Thursday, November 8 from 8:30 - 10:30 a.m. in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. Funeral services will follow 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. The burial will be in the NH State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Hwy., Boscawen, N.H.
