Georgetown — Jeanne M. Michaud, 54, of Georgetown, died unexpectedly on Wednesday morning, December 25, at her home.
She was born in Lawrence on January 17, 1959, and was the daughter of Marie G. (Kenney) Michaud of Haverhill and the late Raymond J. Michaud.
Jeanne was educated in Sacred Heart Grammar School and graduated from Sacred Heart High School, Lawrence.
She attended Salem State College, and earned her anesthesiology degrees from St. Vincent School of Anesthesia, Worcester, and Northeastern University.
For over 10 years, she was employed as a nurse anesthetist for North Shore Cataract and Laser Center, Andover. Prior to this, she was employed at Union Hospital, Lahey and Anna Jacques hospitals.
Jeanne was a former CCD Teacher at St. Mary’s Church, Georgetown. She enjoyed traveling, biking and reading.
Besides her mother, her survivors include her husband of 22 years, Walter “Buddy” Brannon of Georgetown; a son, Alexander J. Brannon of Georgetown; a sister, Anne M. and her husband, Jonathan Farrow of Glendale, Calif.; a brother, Ronald J. Michaud of Lawrence; her father-in-law, Walter J. Brannon Sr. of Sewickley, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews. Jeanne was the sister of the late Raymond J. Michaud and Pauline M. Cronkite.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her memorial service on Thursday, January 2, at 2 p.m., at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer Street, Haverhill. Visitation will precede the service on Thursday, from 12 to 1:45 p.m., at the funeral home. Burial will be private, and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Homes and Cremation Service, Haverhill & Bradford.
