Mary M. (Bistany) Bocash, 85

Haverhill — Mary M. (Bistany) Bocash, 85, of Haverhill, died Sunday, March 10, 2013, at the Wingate at Haverhill Nursing Home while surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Carl R. Bocash.

Mary, daughter of the late Mahboul and Asseine Bistany, was born in Lawrence on December 4, 1927. She graduated from Lawrence High School. She was employed as a weaver with Loom Weave in Lawrence. She was a communicant of St. Anthony’s Maronite Church in Lawrence. She lived for her children and had a love for peanuts.

Mary will be deeply missed by her children, Carl R. Bocash, Jr. of Methuen, Pamela M. Son and her husband, On, of Manchester, N.H., Jayne Feole and her husband, Joe, of Salem, N.H., Karen Wheeler and her husband, Bob, of South Carolina, Paul Bocash of Florida; nine grandchildren, Daniel, Pamela, Deana, Elizabeth, Krisy, Robert, Joey, Bryan, and Jason; six great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Sam and Joe Bistany, and a sister, Victoria Bistany.
