Lawrence — Agatha M. “Ida” (Puglisi) Iannuccilli, 95, of Lawrence passed away Monday, March 18, 2013 at the Sutton Hill Nursing Home in North Andover. She was born in Lawrence and was the daughter of the late Angelo and Rosa (Torrisi) Puglisi.
Ida was raised and educated in Lawrence and worked as a stitcher at Grieco Brothers for 27 years. She was a member of Amalgamated Retirees, Third Order of St. Francis, associate member of Marguerite DeVille, associate member of Legion of Mary and St. Rita’s Sodality. She enjoyed reading and also volunteered for 20 years at the Prescott House Nursing Home and Mary Immaculate Nursing Home.
Ida was predeceased by her husbands, Joseph Perry and Pasquale Iannuccilli and her brother, Salvatore Puglisi.
She is survived by her sons, Thomas Perry and his wife Michelle of Chelmsford and Carmen Iannuccilli of Salisbury and his wife Susan; her sister, Josephine Cutuli of Lawrence; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Mark, Jill and Joseph and her great-grandchildren, Matthew, Zachery and Luke. There are also many nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at the Cataudella Funeral Home 126 Pleasant Valley St. Methuen. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Thursday, March 21, 2013 at Corpus Christi Parish at Holy Rosary Church, 35 Essex St. Lawrence. Interment will be in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Lawrence.
