Bradford — Lillian Doris (Sayers) Kraynak, 93, of Bradford, died peacefully at home on Monday, March 18, 2013. Lillian was born in Haverhill to the late, Albert and Rose Sayers and was educated in Haverhill, attending Saint Josephs School.

Before giving birth to her children, Lillian worked for the famous shoe factories of downtown Haverhill making ladies dress shoes. Lillian, known to many as Gram, then spent the next 65 years raising her three children, caring for her three grandchildren, and enjoying fun times with her siblings, cousins, and family friends.

Lillian was predeceased by her husband, Michael Kraynak, to whom she was married for over 30 years. She was also predeceased by her siblings, Irene Duchesne, Albert, Raymond, and Leo Sayers.

Lillian is survived by her children, Michael Kraynak of Bradford, Roseann and David McMenemy of Bradford with whom she resided, and George and Kathy Kraynak of Jackson, N.H. She is also survived by her grandchildren who loved her very much, Jennie McMenemy of Stafford, Va., David and Stephanie McMenemy of Salem, N.H., Nicholas and Franziska McMenemy of Haverhill; and her beloved great-grandson, Dylan McMenemy. Lillian is also survived by her loving brother, Armand D. Sayers.

Lillian enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, cooking many meals for those she loved, playing cards during weekly games with her brother Armand and extended family, and spending summers relaxing on Sebago Lake in Maine. She will be deeply missed by all who loved her very much.

ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her funeral on Friday morning, March 22, at 9 a.m. from the H.L. Farmer & Sons Bradford Funeral Home followed by a funeral mass at 10 a.m. in Sacred Hearts Church, Bradford. Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery, Haverhill. Andover, MA — Jonathan G. Leonard of Andover passed away suddenly on Tuesday, May 21, at the age of 39. He was the loving son of Dr. Thomas and Lois Leonard of Andover; and beloved brother to Russell Leonard, Dr. Jeffrey Leonard, and Suzanne Vazquez; brother in-law to Dr. Angel Gangoy-Leonard and Osvaldo Vazquez; and proud uncle of Dylan and Matthew Leonard, and Oliver, Samuel, and Amelia Vazquez. He was employed at Stop and Shop where he had been a loyal employee for over 10 years. He was very active in the Special Olympics and he won numerous medals and trophies in different events through the years. He was also involved in several local bowling leagues and enjoyed spending his free time with his girlfriend, Tina, and his large group of friends from the area.

Reading, formerly of Lawrence — Helen D. (DeFusco) Rickley of Reading, formerly of Lawrence, passed away peacefully at the age of 90 on Saturday, May 18, 2013. Helen was predeceased by her parents, Pasqualina (Miele) and Alexander, and her sister, Evelyn. Helen had a beauty of character and personality that was noticed by everyone she met. She devoted her life to raising and loving her family. She also devoted a good part of her life to her parish church and the elementary school children of Reading at Pearl Street and Killam Schools. She served as a volunteer teacher’s aide at the two schools for almost 30 years. She served at St. Athanasius in the old Arts and Crafts group and sang in the church choir for almost 35 years.

Atkinson, NH — Charliene P. Moore died May 16, 2013, in Pleasant Valley, N.H., after a long illness from cancer. She was born in Cambridge, Mass., on Aug. 16, 1945, daughter of the late Pearl and Charles Moore. She grew up in Everett, Mass., and graduated from Malden High. Charliene worked at the IRS for 20 years and for Securitas Services where her security assignments included stints at Sweetheart Plastics, Hewlitt Packard and Global Insights. She fought a long, hard battle with cancer and through it all loved her co-workers and friends. Charliene is survived by her longtime companion, Linda McAdams of Atkinson, N.H., and “Mac,” her furry little friend.
