Rye Beach, NH — Cara Jean (Brown) Rogers, 45, of Rye Beach, died peacefully July 19, 2012 surrounded by her loving family.
Cara was born in New London, CT and was raised in Framingham, MA, where she attended Framingham South High School and was also a graduate of St. Anselm College.
Cara’s constant kindness, grace and beauty touched countless lives. She devoted her many skills to her career and causes and enjoyed running, paddle boarding, listening to live music, designing, decorating, redecorating and entertaining guests. Above all else, what mattered most to Cara was spending time with family and friends. She was an inspiration to us all and will live forever in our hearts.
She was a devoted wife, daughter, sister and aunt and is survived by her husband and best friend, Allan B. Rogers, Jr., of Rye Beach, her parents, J. Merritt and Carol (Milici) Brown of Dover, MA; her siblings, Jay Brown of Mansfield Center, CT; Pamela (Brown) Nardell of Santa Barbara, CA; and Carl Brown of Brooklyn, NY as well as several nieces, nephews and friends in the communities she touched. She also leaves behind her faithful dog, Clarence.
ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a memorial service at 11 A.M. Saturday, July 28th at St. Theresa Church, 815 Central Road, Rye Beach.
