Harriett Cadorette, 92


Haverhill — Harriett (Pachajakis) Cadorette, 92, a lifelong resident of Haverhill, passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2014, at the Baker Katz Skilled Nursing Rehab Center.

She was born In Haverhill on August 6, 1921, and was the daughter of the late Efthemiou and Mary (Papavacil) Pachajakis.

Harriett was educated in the Haverhill School System, and was employed in the local shoe industry for 25 years. She was later employed at Lucent Technologies, as a bench hand, from where she retired after 15 years.

She was a member of the Holy Apostles Sts. Peter and Paul Greek Orthodox Church in Haverhill.

Mrs. Cadorette was the wife of the late Ernest R. Cadorette, who passed away in 1999; and the sister of the late Rita Favas, who passed away in 2009, and Leftari Vassil, who passed away in 1988.

Her survivors include her daughter, Mary and her husband, Thomas Tracy of Haverhill; two grandchildren, Christine and her husband, Mathew Moulison of Mooresville, N.C., and Michael Owen, also of Mooresville; a step-granddaughter, Michelle Sanborn; three great-grandchildren, Erin, Ryan and Lauren Moulison; as well as two step-great-grandchildren, Natasha Cayer and Nathan Sanborn.

Her family would like to express their thanks to the staff of Baker Katz, and especially to Harriett’s “Special Daughter/Friend” Nomza, for all the caring and support provided to Mrs. Cadorette during her stay.

ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her funeral on Wednesday, February 5, at 9 a.m., from the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer St., Haverhill, followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m., at the Holy Apostles Sts. Peter and Paul Greek Orthodox Church, Haverhill. Burial will follow in Linwood Cemetery, Haverhill.
