Haverhill — Francisco Jd Calado, 58, of Haverhill, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 5, at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill.
He was born in the Azores on May 20, 1955, son of the late Francisco J. and Maria (Carmelo) Calado.
Francisco was employed for many years at Philips Medical, assembling ultrasound machines. He was a member of the Benfica Club in Somerville and was a soccer enthusiast.
He is survived by his wife of seven years, Sandra G. (LaRosa) Houreas Calado; son, David Calado of Billerica; daughter, Leslie Ann Calado and her companion, Paul Tomasi, of Haverhill; brother, Humberto Calado and his wife, Boanova, of Somerville; sister, Gloria Lobo and her companion, Mel Schenck, of Winchester; two granddaughters, Hailey and Adrianna; stepsons, Dion Houreas and his wife, Jacqueline, and their children, Joshua, Kaitlin and Jasmyn of Freeland, MD and Christopher Houreas and his wife, Danielle, of Winchester; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Jose Calado.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visitation on Sunday, Feb. 9, from 11 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Bradford Funeral Home, 210 South Main St., (Route 125), Bradford. A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
