Haverhill — - A passionate outdoorsman and lover of long road trips, John A. Migliori passed away after a brief battle with cancer on Sunday, January 20, 2013, at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington, surrounded by his family and loved ones. He was 57.
John was born on January 8, 1956 in Haverhill, MA to Gori Migliori (deceased) and Claire (Tremblay) Simmons of Methuen, MA. He attended Haverhill High School and worked for Haverhill Public Schools for 32 years, where he provided transportation for children with special needs.
Forever missing his big smile and warm heart are his three sons, Brendan C. Migliori and his wife Jessica of Lineville, AL, Joshua S. Migliori and his fiancee Melissa Julien of Manchester, NH, John J. Migliori of Delta, AL, and their mother Deborah L. Zintel of Delta, AL, as well as his siblings, Brenda J. (Migliori) St. Pierre and her husband Ernie of Derry, NH, Paul J. Migliori and his wife Linda of Manchester, NH, Stephen F. Migliori and his wife Jeanne of Methuen, MA, and Laura A. (Migliori) Freitas and her wife Karen of Swansea, MA. He also leaves behind the love of his life, Dawn M. Doty of Haverhill, along with her four daughters Crystal A. Doty, Dawn “Squeek” Doty, Courtney C. Doty, Melanie R. Doty, their grandson Liam John Doty, and several nephews and nieces.
ARRANGEMENTS: A celebration of his life will be held on Friday, January 25, 2013 from 4 until 7 p.m. at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main Street, (Rte 125) Haverhill, MA. Memorial donations can be made in John's name to Tufts Medical Center - Cancer Center, 800 Washington Street, Attention: Trust Office, P.O. Box 231, Boston MA 02111.
