Paul D. Sullivan, 81


Hampton, NH — Paul D. Sullivan, 81, of Hampton, died Monday, November 26, 2012 at Oceanside Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation.

He was born in Lawrence, February 18, 1931 a son of the late Dennis and Elizabeth (Murphy) Sullivan.

Raised in Lawrence he graduated from Central Catholic High School with the Class of 1948 and later from St. Bonaventure University in Allegany, N.Y. with a degree in mathematics.

Mr. Sullivan was employed by the Internal Revenue Service in Andover for many years, first as supervisor of audit procedures and for his last nine years as supervisor of computer security, retiring in 1990.

He had resided in Hampton since 1976 where he was a daily communicant of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Parish, was a member of the Holy Name Society and the Men of St. Joseph.

Family members include four nephews, Brian, Kevin, Mark and Brendan Morrison and his niece, Joan Morrison. He was predeceased by two brothers, The Rev. Seraphin Sullivan, OFM and Daniel Sullivan and his sister, Mary E. Morrison.

ARRANGEMENTS: Visiting hours will be from 4- 6 p.m. Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home-Crematory, 811 Lafayette Road, Hampton, A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 A.M. Thursday, November 29, 2012 in Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church, Hampton. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, North Andover. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
