Chanel Jacques

Lawrence — Chanel D. Jacques, of Lawrence, passed away on Monday December 3, 2012 at the Kindred Hospital in Peabody after a long illness.

Born and educated in Lawrence, he was the son of the late Philias and Josephine (Auclair) Jacques and attended St. Ann’s Grammar School. He was employed as a maintenance worker at Admril Folding Box in Methuen.

Chanel enjoyed bowling and spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his sisters, Irene Ouellette of Londonderry, N.H., Theresa Bradley, of Lawrence, Leona Lavoie also of Lawrence, Doris Robichaud of Lisbon Falls, Maine, Loretta Cyr and Germaine Pedersen both of Lawrence; one brother, Roland Jacques and his wife Jackie of Lawrence. Chanel was predeceased by his brothers and sisters, Rita Morel, Joseph and Edward Jacques, Yvonne Saindon, Helen Dorr and Anita Jacques.

Chanel was a wonderful uncle and loved by his many nieces and nephews.

ARRANGEMENTS: Visiting hours for family and friends will be held on Sunday from 2 – 6 p.m. at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, Inc., 233 Lawrence Street Methuen. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday at 9 a.m. in St. Monica’s Church in Methuen. Burial will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Andover. Jean was predeceased by her daughter, Barbara; sister, Eleanor; brother, Stanley “Floyd”; and former husband, John F. Zahoruiko. She is survived by her brother, Bill Trost and his wife, Karin, of St. Petersburg, Fla.; daughters, Stephanie Johndrow and husband, Bob, of Connecticut, Patti Zahoruiko of Maine, Tina Korsberg and husband, Eric, of Andover; sons, John Zahoruiko and wife, Leslie, Tom Zahoruiko and wife, Karen, and Bill Zahoruiko and wife, Teri, all of North Andover; grandchildren, Sera Heinen and husband, Ethan, of Connecticut, Janice Coppolino of Andover, Alex, Tyler, Alyssa, Nicole, Erika, and Derek Zahoruiko, all of North Andover, Kristi, Ashlee and Alexa Korsberg of Andover; and great-granddaughter, Loretta; many nieces, nephews; extended family members; and friends and neighbors in Massachusetts, Florida and New York.

    Salem, NH — Paul V. “Willie” Wilson, 79, a resident of Salem, N.H., for the past 45 years, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on July 21, 2014, at Merrimack Valley Hospice House. Born and educated in Boston, Paul was a Korean War veteran and served in the United States Army from 1953 to 1956. He was a member of the VFW and American Legion in Salem, N.H. He worked in the lumber industry most of his life. Paul enjoyed many summers with his family at their cottage in Meredith, N.H. He was a patriotic man, who loved traveling the country with his wife to visit historical sites. Paul was a true family man, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
