Salem — Frederick W. "Tiny" Dupuis Sr., 76, of Salem, N.H., and previously of Pelham, N.H., passed away Saturday, November 2, 2013, with his loving family by his side. He was the loving husband of Elaine M. (Balukonis) Dupuis, to whom he was married for 46 years.
Born in Methuen on April 23, 1937, Frederick was the son of the late Otto A. and Florence (Seifert) Dupuis. He attended Tenney High School in Methuen. He worked as an auto body manager for Hamels Auto Body in Methuen for over 15 years, and then as a security guard for Advanced Security in Plaistow, N.H., for nine and a half years. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting and gardening.
Frederick will be deeply missed by his wife, Elaine; two sons, Brian W. Dupuis and Frederick W. Dupuis Jr., both of Salem; two sisters-in-law, Joyce Timmons and her husband, Earle, of Salem, and Gloria Rapa and her husband, Angelo, of Salem; and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by a brother and sister-in-law, Erwin and Barbara Dupuis.
ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends will honor and celebrate Frederick's life by gathering for calling hours at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence Street, Methuen, on Wednesday, November 6, from 4 to 8 p.m. His funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 7, at 11 a.m., at the funeral home, burial to follow at Pine Grove Cemetery in Salem, N.H.
