Salem, NH — James (Jim) R. Hochmuth, 62, of Salem, NH died November 5, 2013, at his home.
Jim was born in Georgetown, MA, October 5, 1951, to Stanley and Annabell (King) Hochmuth.
Jim served in the US Army during the Vietnam War.
Jim was the type of person that would go out of his way to make life easier for others. He enjoyed spending time with his sons and grandchildren.
Jim had an unbelievable work ethic that was contagious. One if his favorite things to do was to hunt with his cousin, Frank.
His survivors include his 2 sons, Paul Hochmuth of Kingston, NH and Greg Hochmuth of Newton, NH; his siblings, Kenneth of Kodiak, AK, Francis "Red“ of Nokomis, FL, Arlene Sarno of Medford, MA, William of Rochester, NH, Annabell Wick of Larsen Bay, AK, Charles of Seabrook, NH and Mary Ellen Blais of Georgetown, MA. Jim was also predeceased by his sister, Barbara Hopping, formerly of Haverhill; grandchildren, Mason, Logan, Mia and Quinn, as well as many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his former wife, Sharon (LeLacheur) Hochmuth of Plaistow, NH.
