Patricia D. Sgro, 79

Somersworth, NH — Patricia Delores (Phinney) Sgro, 79, wife of the late Bruno Sgro, passed away peacefully on Saturday, in Dover, N.H. She was born in Haverhill, Mass., and was the daughter of the late Maxwell and Mary Margaret (Drollet) Phinney.

From 1990 to 2000, she lived in Salisbury, Mass., and really enjoyed her many years as a manager for Manchester Music, working at the various arcades in the Salisbury-Seabrook area. She had also once been employed by the former Ames Department Store chain and Dunkin' Donuts.

She especially loved all her children and grandchildren, playing Keno, and the occasional trip to Foxwoods Casino.

She is survived by her son, David J. Kenney and wife, Patricia, of Fitzwilliam, N.H.; daughter, Carol Burke and husband, Leroy, of Pelham, N.H.; son, Robert Popham and wife, Amanda, of Somersworth, N.H., and Kevin Lee Sgro of Berwick, Maine; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; her sister-in-law, Jeanette Phinney, wife of the late Richard Lee Phinney; several nieces and one nephew.

ARRANGEMENTS: Calling hours for Patricia will be held this Saturday, December 28, from 1 to 4 p.m., at the E.V. Jutras & Sons Funeral Home 118 Friend Street, Amesbury, Mass.
