Sharon M. (Flowers) Sweet, 64

Salem, NH — Sharon M. (Flowers) Sweet, age 64, of Salem, N.H., died Thursday at the Parkland Medical Center, Derry, N.H. She was born in New Carlisle, Quebec, Canada, the daughter of the late Wilson and Hazel Flowers. She grew up and was educated in Quebec and Montreal, Canada. She was a resident of Salem for the past 43 years. Sharon was a controller for Pinnacle Solutions in Ward Hill, Mass. She was an avid golfer. She was a member of the Scottish Highland and Crystal Springs Golf Club, and the NH Women’s Golf Association. She is survived by her husband, James Sweet of Salem, N.H.; son, James A. and his wife Phyllis Sweet of Salem, N.H.; brothers, Lloyd and his wife Judy Flowers of Canada, Gary and his wife Sharon Flowers of Canada; granddaughter, Samantha Marie Sweet; and several nieces and nephews.

ARRANGEMENTS: Calling hours will be held Tuesday, May 28, from 4 to 7 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 7 p.m. at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Pleasant St. Food Pantry, 8 Pleasant St., Salem, NH 03079.
