Dracut, MA — Helen J. (Denesowicz) Adams, a longtime resident of Dracut, 81, died peacefully, Saturday, July 13, at Windham Terrace in Windham, N.H. She was the widow of Raymond H. Adams, who died on April 24, 2001.
Helen was born in Lowell, Mass., on March 21, 1932, a daughter of the late Zofia (Rutyna) and Alexander Denesowicz. She received her education in Lowell and was a graduate of Lowell High School.
Helen was a loving mother and grandmother and dedicated her life to caring for her family.
Helen is survived and will be deeply missed by her 3 children, Paul R. Adams and his wife, Linda, of Winham, N.H., Donna A. Miyamoto and her husband, Lance, of Whitehouse Station, N.J., and Diane H. Adams and her husband, Eric Chabot, of Montreal, Canada; 4 cherished grandchildren, Megan E. Adams, Jasen T. Miyamoto, Julia Thibault-Chabot and Jessica Chabot; step-grandson, Porter Carelli; and her sister-in-law, Doris Lampron of Pelham, N.H.; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was the last surviving of her siblings.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects from 3 to 7 p.m. on Friday, July 19, at the Dracut Funeral Home, 2159 Lakeview Ave., Dracut. Her funeral will take place from the funeral home on Saturday at 9:30 a.m., with her funeral service to be held at 10:45 a.m. in St. Joseph's Cemetery Chapel in Chelmsford.
