Lawrence, MA — Rose M. (Moschetto) DeClercq Lurvey, 80, of Lawrence, Mass., passed away peacefully on July 18, 2013, at the Blair House in Tewksbury, Mass. She was the wife of the late Edward DeClercq and Richard Lurvey.
Born in Lawrence in 1932, Rose was educated there and went on to a long career in the restaurant business. She worked as a manager and then owner of Mama Rose's Restaurant in Lawrence, Mass. She enjoyed camping, the beach and spending time with family.
She leaves a daughter, Judy Zagrobski, wife of the late Paul Zagrobski of Lawrence; four sons, Edward DeClercq and his wife, Cindy, of Salem, N.H., Ronald DeClercq and his wife, Doreen, of Fremont, N.H., Kevin DeClercq of Lawrence and Dennis DeClercq of Derry, N.H. She also leaves ten grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are kindly invited to visitation on Sunday, July 21, 2013, in the Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen, Mass., from 4 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home.
