HAVERHILL — Annie (Badolato) Bachini, 95, passed away at Hannah Duston Healthcare in Haverhill on Monday, February 4, 2013 after a long illness. Born in Allentown, Pa. on June 15, 1917, she was one of four children of the late Vincenzo and Maria (Biamonte) Badolato.

Annie attended Haverhill public schools. She was primarily a homemaker but also worked part-time at the Allen Shoe Company in Haverhill for a number of years. She was a resident of Haverhill for 90 years, and spent many summers at her home in Salisbury Beach. The wife of the late, John P. Bachini, Sr. Annie is survived by her son, John P. Bachini, Jr. and his wife, Anne Marie (Grimley) Bachini of Salem, N.H.; her sister-in-law, Julia (Bachini) Rampulla of Groveland; special nieces, Cecelia Badolato and Annamarie (Badolato) Pasquerella of Haverhill, Lorraine Badolato of Methuen and Marisa Huffman of Plano, Texas, as well as many other nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Frank Badolato, Domenic Badolato and Anthony Badolato.

Annie was best known as a caregiver to anyone in need. She had a loving and nurturing way about her that endeared to all who knew her. She was "Aunt Annie" to just about everyone she met, whether related or not. Anyone who came in contact with her couldn't help but be touched by her smile and charm. Annie loved to cook, especially Italian food, for her family, friends, neighbors and just about anyone else who just dropped in to visit. There was always a pot of coffee on the stove as well. She also loved to bake for the holidays, and truly enjoyed having her family and friends around her in her home; for Annie, the bigger the crowd, the better. Annie will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her, but the memory of her loving and caring life will live on forever in their hearts. Annie's family would like to express their deep appreciation for the wonderful care she received from the staff at Hannah Duston Healthcare whre she resided for the last seven years.

ARRANGEMENTS: Her funeral will be held Friday, February 8 at 10 a.m. from the Paul C. Rogers Family-Scatamacchia Funeral Home, 334 Main St. Haverhill. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery in Groveland. Visiting hours will held Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m.

Georgetown, MA — Edgar Norton Johnson, 81, of Georgetown, Mass., passed away peacefully at his home with his beloved wife and family by his side on June 17, 2013. Ted wrote in a journal years ago, "Although I am a religious man, I have found my heaven here on earth with my wife and family." All of his family and friends felt the same way about life with Ted. He first fell in love with his wife, Faith when he saw her dancing in a class at Tufts University, and for the next 60 years cherished his marriage to the most beautiful woman he ever saw.

A member of the Haverhill High School Class of 1941, she attended the Fasio Beauty School and was a beautician in the Haverhill area for over 40 years. Her most recent employment was with her dear friend, Mary Pauline Wyka at Andrea’s Beauty Salon in Plaistow.

Boxford — Parmelia "Pat" Stoughton Willard de Winter passed away June 15, at Brigham and Women’s Hospital after a short illness. Born in Hartford, Conn., on November 23, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Howard A. Willard and Virginia McCray Miller Willard. Pat, or Patsy as she was known then, was raised in Wethersfield and West Hartford. Atkinson, NH — Peter T. Giuvelis, 89, of Atkinson, N.H., passed away on Monday, June 17, at Salemhaven, in Salem, N.H. He was born in Lowell on September 15, 1923, to the late Theodore and Virginia (Melonas) Tzouvelis. Peter was raised and educated in Haverhill, graduating from Haverhill High School. Upon graduating, he served in the U.S. Army during WW II. After serving in the military, Peter co-owned and worked as a technician for Guvelis Bros., located on Emerson St. in Haverhill. In retirement, Peter served as school crossing guard at Walnut Square School in Haverhill.

She leaves behind brothers, Luis Perrino and wife, Linda of Peabody, Mass., and Earle Perrino of New Hampshire. Debby also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.

Groveland, MA — Irene (Belanger) Golden, 86, of Groveland, formerly of Lawrence and North Andover, passed away peacefully Saturday, June 15, at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill. Born in Lawrence, she was the daughter of the late Emile and Leda (Matton) Belanger, and was one of nine children. Irene was a graduate of the former McIntosh Business School in Lawrence, and later was employed by the Textile Workers Union CIO for 10 years, prior to staying home to raise her family. Upon returning to the business world, she was employed as the administrative assistant to the president of the former Arlington Trust Company in Lawrence. She retired in 1987, after 26 years of service, and spent her later years making quilts for her family, friends and homeless shelters.
