HAVERHILL — Phyllis Anna (Pecci) Haseltine, 85, passed away on May 26, 2014, at the age of 85. She was the wife of the late Francis Dudley Haseltine, who died in 1995.
She was born in Haverhill on September 18, 1928. She was the daughter of the late Paul and Lena (Mazzotta) Pecci. She was a lifelong resident of Haverhill.
Phyllis graduated from Brown University and worked as the director of the Library Processing Center for the Haverhill School Department. She enjoyed volunteering at both the Haverhill Public Library and the Merrimack Valley Hospital, as well as attending senior aerobics at the Citizen’s Center, and was also a member of the Red Hat Society and the OFC.
Phyllis is survived by her son, David Haseltine of Haverhill; and her daughter, Jane Surette and her husband, Pete; and grandsons, Paul and A. J. Surrette all of Woodinville, Wash., and Jake and Isaac Haseltine of Plaistow, N.H.; and many nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: At the request of Phyllis’s family, there will be no public services. Interment will be held in Hillside Cemetery at a later date.
