Derry, NH — Lorraine H. (DeRosier) Andrews, 82, of Derry, formerly of Danvers and Middleton, passed away Monday, June 17, at the home of her daughter, Marie, with her loving family at her side. She was born in Lynn and was the daughter of the late Francis and Edna (Parker) DeRosier.
Mrs. Andrews was raised and educated in Lynn. She worked as a machine operator at the Balston Company in Andover, and was a member of the V.F.W. in Middleton.
She was predeceased by her husband, Harold V. Andrews; her children, Michael, Norman, and Raymond Fleury, and Nancie Scannell; her siblings, Gus DeRosier, Ruth Ridgeway, Alice and Rita DeRosier; her sons-in-law, Ronald Provencher and A. Edward Raia Sr.; and her grandchildren, A. Eric Raia and Nicholas Raza.
Mrs. Andrews is survived by her daughters, Marie Provencher of Derry, who loved and cared for her, and Alice Raia of Stoneham; her son, Phillip Raza and his wife, Joan of North Andover; her brother, Robert DeRosier of New Hampshire; her sister, Mary Brennan and her husband, Richard of Beverly; her daughter-in-law, Terry Fleury of Danvers; her son-in-law, James Scannell of North Andover; and her grandchildren, A. Edward Raia Jr., Phillip, Matthew, and Rebecca Raza,and Michael and Angela Fleury; and her loving caregiver of many years, Patti Souther. There are also many nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Wednesday, June 19, from 5 to 8 p.m, at the Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., on Thursday, June 20, in the funeral home. Interment will be in the St. Mary’s Annunciation Cemetery, Danvers.
