Emma D. Losier, 85


Seabrook, NH — Emma D. (Grasso) Losier, 85, died June 19, at her daughter and son-in-law’s home, surrounded by her loving family.

Emma was born in Lawrence, Mass. She was the daughter of the late Giovanni and Lucia (Privetera) Grasso. Educated in the Lawrence School District, Emma was employed by Raytheon of Andover and retired after decades of service.

She was a loving wife, awesome mother, grandmother and great-nana. She will be dearly remembered by everyone that knew her.

Emma was the widow of the late Joseph E. Losier. They shared many happy times over their 62 years of marriage. She especially enjoyed the seashore, traveling, but most of all loved interacting and watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren mature into respectful young men and women.

Emma is survived by her daughter, Jane Marie Coletti and her husband, Anthony J. Coletti, Sr. of Seabrook, with whom she has lived with for the last year. Emma loved her new room and son-in-law who she called “the son I never had.” She is also survived by two grandsons, Glen Coletti and his wife, Kristin, Anthony J. Coletti Jr.; a great-grandson, Joseph Anthony Coletti; three great-granddaughters, Arianna, Sofia and Ava.

She also leaves her brother, Joseph (Red) Grasso of Salisbury. She was predeceased by her brothers, Peter, John, and Salvatore (Sam) Grasso, and her sisters Ann Rossi, Antoinette Razza and Grace LaRochelle.

ARRANGEMENTS: Funeral services are private and under the direction of Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen, Mass. A “Celebration of Her Life” will be for immediate family only.
