Georgetown — Mary Theresa (Cutting) McKnight, 39, of Georgetown, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 24, at the Lawrence General Hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Malden, July 26, 1974 to Theresa (Ulbin) Cutting of Georgetown and George Cutting of Florida. Mary grew up in Andover and was educated in the Andover School System through the eighth grade and earned her High School Diploma at Governor's Academy in Byfield, MA. Mary attended Northeastern University and Harvard.
Mary became a web page designer, building and selling web pages, she was also very active in the marketing field. Mary enjoyed traveling. She was in Russia during the Kuwait conflict and traveled to Morocco, Italy, Africa and many other places. She was an elite gymnast and won several awards competing. She enjoyed downhill skiing, running and many other sports. Mary was a great history buff and enjoyed researching WWII and Winston Churchill. She adored spending time with family and friends, always loving a fun time.
Besides her loving parents, Mary is survived by her two sons, Zachary and Joshua McKnight of Georgetown, sister, Kelly Cutting of Florida, Step Father Richard Sabbagh, Step Mother Diane Cutting, Auntie Rose Mary and Uncle Arthur of Kennebunkport, Maine, Uncle Joe and Auntie Jackie of Salem, NH, Auntie Irene and Uncle Fred Egizio of Medford, Uncle Phil and Auntie Paula of California, Auntie Ellen Ouellette of Worcester and many more aunts, uncles, and cousins.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend her Funeral on Saturday morning, Jan. 4 at 10 a.m. from the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer St., Haverhill, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in Sacred Hearts Church, Bradford. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
