Charlottesville, VA — Jaclyn Pauline Tahboub, 35, of Charlottesville, Va., died Tuesday, December 31, 2013, at the University of Virginia Medical Center. Born November 4, 1978, in Malden, Mass., she was the daughter of George and Pauline Meehan.
Jaclyn graduated from Haverhill High School and the University of New Hampshire. She completed her graduate studies at UVA, and worked as the Marketing Director for RoseWood Village in Charlottesville.
Jaclyn was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. She was truly a beautiful soul inside and out. Of all the qualities that made Jaclyn beautiful, her selfless pursuit of the happiness of those she loved stands out. Of all her accomplishments, and there were many, she was most proud of being a wonderful mother.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her loving husband, Shareef Tahboub; two sons, Laith and Ramzey; a brother, Mario Lucca of Boston, Mass.; a sister, Susan Schenkkan and her husband, Christopher, of Charlottesville; her in-laws, Sameer and Virginia Tahboub of Charlottesville; sister-in-law, Suniah Doukan and her husband, Alan, of Charlottesville; two brothers-in-law, Samer Tahboub and his wife, Megan, of Baltimore, Md., and Tareq Tahboub of Arlington, Va.; three nieces, Zeina Doukan, Danna Doukan, and Izora Tahboub; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
