Methuen — Felicia (Traficante) Cappuchi, 100, of Methuen passed away Monday, December 30, at the Nevins Nursing Home in Methuen. She was born in Lawrence and was the daughter of the late Michael and Anna (Cicone) Traficante.
Mrs. Cappuchi was raised and educated in Lawrence. She worked for Raytheon Company for over 30 years as a supervisor. Felicia had a zest for life; she enjoyed family and friends to the fullest. She also enjoyed going to Foxwoods and playing cards, especially Black Jack and 45's. Mrs. Cappuchi was a parishioner of Corpus Christi Parish at Holy Rosary Church and a member of St. Rita’s Sodality.
Mrs. Cappuchi was predeceased by her beloved husband, Joseph (Cappy) and her cherished son, Joseph Jr.
She is survived by her son, Anthony Cappuchi and his wife, Brenda of Salem, N.H.; her daughter, Shirley D’ Angelo and her husband, Anthony of Lawrence; daughter-in-law, Jean, wife of the late Joseph Cappuchi Jr. of Salem, N.H.; her brother, Albert Traficante and his wife, Barbara of Salem, N.H.; her grandchildren, Karen and Richard Schaefer, Michael and Alice D’Angelo, Christopher and Valerie Cappuchi, Alicia and Billy Kimball, Joel and Melissa Cappuchi, Jason Cappuchi, Lisa Jo Cappuchi and Anthony Cappuchi, Jr.; her great-grandchildren, Justin and his wife, Janet, Stephanie, Derek, Lia, Liana, Adriana, Morgan, Ashton, Gavin and Joey; along with many nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Sunday, January 5, from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Monday, January 6, at Corpus Christi Parish at Holy Rosary Church, 35 Essex St., Lawrence. Interment will be in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Lawrence.
