SALISBURY — Armand A. Houle, 64, of Lafayette Road, died unexpectedly on Saturday, Jan. 1, 2011 at the Anna Jaques Hospital in Newburyport. He was the husband of Victory (Eaton) Houle.
Born in Lawrence, on Nov. 15, 1946, he was the son of the late Armand and Rita (Casey) Houle.
He had worked many years as a security officer for companies such as Honeywell and the Mitre Corp. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the U.S. army and was once a member of the V.F.W.
Besides his wife, he is survived by one son, Brian Houle and wife Patricia of Las Vegas; one daughter, Audrey Houle and her fiance Anthony DeVito II of Salisbury; his step-daughter, Tammy Eaton of Haverhill; one sister, Gloria McIntire and husband Kenneth of Methuen; two grandchildren, Stephanie and Amber Houle; one great-grandchild, Maddie May; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
ARRANGEMENTS: Calling hours at the E.V. Jutras & Sons Funeral Home, 118 Friend St., Amesbury, will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 5 from 5 to 7 p.m. Graveside services with military honors will be held on Thursday, Jan. 6 at 11 a.m. in the New Hampshire Veterans Cemetery on the Daniel Webster Highway in Boscawen, N.H.
