Grace Vachon, 85

Epping, N.H. — Grace C.Vachon, 85, of Epping, N.H., formerly of Salem, N.H., passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on Monday, March 11, 2013 at the Genesis Exeter Center Nursing Home.

Grace was born on May 13, 1927 in Fitchburg, Mass., the daughter of parents, Harold and Marion Frank she was one of 17 children, of which she was very proud. She is survived by two sisters, Jane and Patricia and a brother, Richard all of Florida. She is also survived by her son, Thomas Follansbee and wife, Willie; her daughter, Susan Riley and husband, Greg; three grandchildren, Dawn Middlemiss, Jenna Riley and Scott Riley; three great-grandchildren TJ, Stephen and Michael; and three great great- grandchildren, Thatcher, Caiden and Jimmy.

Grace lived in Salem, N.H. for many years while working and retiring from Lucent Technologies, formerly Western Electric. Grace enjoyed vacations at the beach and loved being active and caring for her family. She particularly loved holidays and festive occasions and she will be missed by all of us in so many ways.

ARRANGEMENTS: A funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph’s Church, in Salem, N.H. at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 6. There will be a mercy lunch immediately after the service at the Knights of Columbus Hall, directly across from the church as a memorial celebration of her life.
