Sylvia (Bedrosian) Ozoonian

Andover — Sylvia (Bedrosian) Ozoonian, 78, of Andover went into eternal rest on Friday April 26, 2013 at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Haverhill on July 6, 1934, daughter of the late Hatchig and Sarah (Emelian) Bedrosian. Sylvia graduated from Haverhill High School and Katharine Gibbs School, Boston. She retired in 2006 from the former Barron & Stadfeld P.C. in Boston. Sylvia was formerly an active member of the Holy Cross Armenian Church in Lawrence and its Mr. & Mrs. Club. She enjoyed gardening, Foxwoods, playing cards and the Red Sox and Patriots.

She is predeceased by her husband Robert B. Ozoonian, and her sister, Betty Bedrosian and is survived by her three children Kim P. and her husband John Barrows of Methuen, Robert B. Ozoonian and his wife Denise V. of Windham, NH and Debra Ozoonian of Andover, two brothers Richard C. Bedrosian and his wife Barbara of Sandown, NH and Dennis L. Bedrosian and his wife Gail of Newburyport, five grandchildren Sean R. and Stephanie L. Barrows, Jake R., Cooper N. and Aram J. Ozoonian, 1 great granddaughter Jennifer Rose, as well as several nieces and nephews.

ARRANGEMENTS: A celebration of Sylvia’s life will be held at a future day and time to be announced. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family in Linwood Cemetery, Haverhill. Arrangements are by the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Homes and Cremation Service, Haverhill and Bradford.
