Patricia A. (Cote) Volonino, 75

Nokomis, Florida — Haverhill: Patricia A. (Cote) Volonino, 75, died suddenly on December 19, 2012, while staying in Nokomis, Florida. She was the devoted wife to her loving husband of thirty-eight years, Daniel P. Volonino.

Born in Plaistow, NH, daughter of the late Oscar and Jeannette (Lefebvre) Cote, she attended the Pollard School and was a member of the Saint James High School Class of 1956.

Following her employment for thirty-five years at Western Electric Co., Mrs. Volonino began a new career, attending Floral Design School in Boston. She assumed ownership of the family florist business, Marie Anne Flower Shop of Plaistow, and during that time she was active in the Teleflora organization of affiliated florists and served as the President of that organization.

A member of Sacred Hearts Parish of Bradford and the former Holy Angels Parish of Plaistow, Mrs. Volonino enjoyed flower gardening and raising orchids. She also enjoyed cooking, trips to the beach, spending winters in Nokomis, Florida, and golfing and bowling. She most enjoyed spending time with her family and was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by four sons, Joseph A. Naudzunas of the San Francisco Bay area, California, Andrew T. Naudzunas and his wife Deborah of Atkinson, NH, Kenneth A. Naudzunas and his wife Christine of Atkinson, and Philip D. Volonino and his wife Lorraine of Haverhill, two daughters, Theresa M. “Terri” DeMeno and her husband Randy of Staten Island, NY, and AnnMarie Carolan and her husband Edward of Lowell, a brother, Gene Cote and his wife Donna of Ocala, FL, and a sister Delores Minas and her husband Frank of Arizona. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, Andrew T. Naudzunas,Jr., Amy M. Rogerson, Melissa A. Naudzunas, Jessica A. DeCosta, Peter J. DeCosta, Ryan DeMeno, Brittanie DeMeno, Lauren DeMeno, Briana Carolan and Alexa Carolan, a great grandson, Logan Therrien, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother and sister-in-law, George and Yvonne Cote, her brother, Gerard Cote, her sister, Lucille Duston, and brothers-in-law, Peter Volonino, Anthony Volonino, and Ralph Volonino.
