Hampton, N.H. — Charles C. O’Malley, 82, of Hampton, died Monday, January 14, 2013 at Lawrence General Hospital in Lawrence. He was born April 16, 1930 in Somerville, a son of the late Michael and Agnes (Hyde) O’Malley.
Mr. O’Malley graduated from North Cambridge High School and later pursued some accounting courses. He was a veteran serving with the U.S. Army.
He worked as a sales representative for most his life and retired in that position working as an estimator in residential moving. He made his home in Hampton the past 20 years coming from North Reading, and for the past 11 years enjoyed wintering in Naples, Fla. He was an avid golfer and was also a member of VFW Post 2104 of North Andover.
He shared 52 years of marriage with his wife, Nancy C. (O’Neill) O’Malley of Hampton. In addition to his wife, family members include two sisters, Elizabeth O’Malley of Rockland, Cathleen Virtue of Hanover; a niece and a nephew.
