Andover — Diane L. “Bubbie” (Bean) Sandberg, 70, died on Saturday, September 28, 2013, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Chester Sandberg.
Born in Somerville on January 22, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Catherine (Quinn) Bean.
