Priscilla M. Wilkins, 67


Georgetown, MA — Priscilla M. Wilkins, 67, died peacefully on November 3, 2013, at Brigham and Woman’s Hospital in Boston. Priscilla was a recipient of a lung transplant in 2004, and waged a courageous battle with numerous health problems over the years.

She was born to the late Ralph and Margaret Blaisdell in Boxford, Mass., on September 6, 1946. Priscilla was a graduate of Masconoment Regional High School, and worked as a waitress at the Commodore and Hill Top Steak House for 30 years. Priscilla also ran her own knitting company for many years.

Priscilla enjoyed her family tremendously. She was a loving wife to her husband, Walter, of 48 years. She loved life and was a source of inspiration to many. Priscilla enjoyed camping, crafts and was an avid fan of the Patriots and the Boston Red Sox.

Priscilla leaves her husband, Walter, of Georgetown; three sisters, Mary Ann French and her husband, David, of Boxford, Mass., Nancy Curtis and her husband, Patrick, of Londonderry, N.H., and the late Kathleen Smeltzer of Port Orange, Fla.; her sister-in-law, Nancy Earabino, formerly of Newburyport, Mass.; brother-in-law, Charles Wilkins and his wife, Mae Wilkins of Niceville, Fla.; and a large number of nieces and nephews.

Over the years, Priscilla had a number of pets that were part of her family and in many ways her children. She will be missed by all.

ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Thursday, November 14, at 10 a.m., in St. Mary's Church, Georgetown.
