Lawrence — James Finn, 71, a resident of Lawrence, Mass., died on Saturday, March 1, 2014, at the Kindred Hospital in Peabody, Mass.
He was born in Lawrence on February 23, 1943, to James L. and Margaret (Bateman) Finn. He was educated in Lawrence local schools. He work for D&G Forms of Pelham, N.H., for many years. He was an avid sports fan, having watched the Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots, Boston Bruins, and the Celtics. He loved mornings having breakfast at Carleen's Coffee shop, where he was treated like family from all his friends there. There is a special thanks from the Finn family to John and Ellie Farrington for their kindness to Mr. Finn.
He is survived by his brother, Michael V. Finn of Lawrence; and also survived by several cousins He is predeceased by his two brothers, Paul and William Finn.
ARRANGEMENTS: A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, March 5, at 7 p.m., at the funeral home.
