Rose J. Hebsch, 92


Methuen — Rose J. (DiGloria) Hebsch, 92, of Methuen passed away Thursday, February 21, 2013 at the Methuen Healthcare Center. She was born in Methuen and was the daughter of the late Vincenzo and Rosaria (Aletta) DiGloria.

Mrs. Hebsch was raised and educated in Methuen. She retired in 1982 from Majestic Shoe Shop in Lawrence where she had worked as a dye operator and trimmer for 25 years.

She was a parishioner of St. Lucy’s Church, Methuen and enjoyed singing in the church choir. She was an avid Red Sox fan and enjoyed sewing.

Mrs. Hebsch was predeceased by her beloved husband, Robert A. Hebsch and her siblings, Joseph, James, Philip and Sam DiGloria, Lena, Schembri and Jennie Thomas.

She is survived by her brothers, John DiGloria and Rocco DiGloria and his wife Jean all of Methuen and her sisters, Josephine Benanti, Jean Rizzo and Connie Trovato and her husband Sam all of Methuen. Rose will be sadly missed by all of her nieces and nephews.

ARRANGEMENTS: By the request of the family visiting hours and funeral services will be private. Interment will be in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Lawrence. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in her memory to a charity of one’s choice. Arrangements are by the Cataudella Funeral Home 126 Pleasant Valley St. Methuen.
